固溶处理对Mg-1Zn-0.3Zr-2Gd-0.3Sr合金组织和腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of solid solution treatment on microstructure and corrosion properties of Mg-1Zn-0.3Zr-2Gd-0.3Sr alloy

摘要 采用扫描电镜(SEM)以及光学显微镜(OM)观察了Mg-1Zn-0.3Zr-2Gd-0.3Sr合金的微观组织。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了合金的偏析相,并用浸泡测试和电化学试验研究了合金的腐蚀性能。结果表明:铸态合金的偏析相最多,平均腐蚀速率为1.102 mm/a;随着固溶温度的升高,合金的偏析相逐渐减少,组织逐渐变得较为均匀,平均腐蚀速率基本逐渐降低;经510℃固溶处理的合金的平均腐蚀速率最小为0.63 mm/a,比铸态合金的平均腐蚀速率降低了42.8%。 Microstructure of Mg-1 Zn-0.3 Zr-2 Gd-0.3 Sr alloy was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and optical microscope(OM), and the segregation phase of the alloy was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), and the corrosion properties of the alloy was studied by immersion test and electrochemical test. The results show that the segregation phase of the as-cast alloy is the most, and the average corrosion rate is 1.102 mm/a. With the increase of solution temperature, the amount of the segregation phase decreases gradually, the microstructure becomes more uniform, and the average corrosion rate decreases gradually. The minimum average corrosion rate of the alloy is 0.63 mm/a after solid solution at 510 ℃ for 10 h, which is 42.8% lower than that of the as-cast alloy.
