图书馆APP评价研究:理论、维度、方法与实施

Research on Library APP Evaluation : Theory,Dimension,Method and Implementation

随着互联网技术与图书馆服务的深度融合,通过APP开展信息化服务已成为提升图书馆服务能力的重要手段。但在实际应用过程中,图书馆APP存在设计理念不新、应用效果不佳等问题,因此急需开展对图书馆APP的科学评价。通过文献梳理和比较分析,对图书馆APP评价的理论依据、评价维度、评价方法和实施策略进行探讨。研究认为,服务设计理论、移动应用评估理论和文化适应理论是图书馆APP评价的理论依据;面向需求、技术模式和艺术文化是图书馆APP评价的三大领域和维度;列表清单法和量规评价法是图书馆APP评价的主要方法;实施图书馆APP评价的主要对策包括建立跨领域的多元评价主体、制定科学合理的评价标准、及时公开评价过程和结果、持续优化和完善评价体系。

W ith the deep integration of Internet technology and library services, the development of information services through APP has become an important means to improve library service capabilities. However, in the process of practical application, the design concept of library APP needs to be innovated, and the application effect needs to be improved. Therefore, it is urgent to evaluate it scientifically. Through literature review and comparative analysis, the article discusses the theoretical basis,evaluation dimension, evaluation method and implementation strategy of library APP evaluation. The research believes that service design theory, mobile application evaluation theory and cultural adaptation theory are the theoretical basis for library APP evaluation;demand orientation, technical model and art culture are the three main factors that must be taken into concideration;the list evaluation method and the gauge evaluation method are the main evaluation methods;and the implementation countermeasures of library APP evaluation include establishing multi-evaluation subjects across fields, formulating scientific and reasonable evaluation standards,timely publicizing evaluation processes and results, and continuously optimizing and perfecting evaluation systems.
