摘要
为有效提升高校图书馆微信服务质量,而深入探讨图书馆移动服务、微信公众号运营及优化策略。文章采用问卷调查、案例分析、内容分析等方法,从微信公众号开通、软件平台建设、人员配置、内容推广等方面对湖南省高校图书馆微信服务进行了调查分析。目前湖南省高校图书馆微信公众号服务广度和深度还不够,微信公众号服务与管理需要进一步优化。高校图书馆微信公众号运营建议采取把握定位、协同创新、突出特色、完善平台等策略。
The paper aims at improving the service quality of university library WeChat effectively,and making clear the library mobile service,WeChat public account operation and optimization strategy.Through adopting questionnaire survey,case study,content analysis and other methods,the paper investigates and analyzes WeChat service of university libraries in Hunan Province from the aspects of WeChat public account opening,software construction,personnel allocation and content recommend.At present,the public services of WeChat in university library of Hunan Province are not enough in breadth and depth,and the service capacity of WeChat public accounts needs to be further improved.The WeChat public platform in university libraries should be managed by taking such strategies as holding orientation,collaborative innovation,highlighting features and improving platform.
