论图书馆整体捐赠文献资料的系统性及相关工作

On the Systematicness and Related Work of the Whole Donation of Literature and Materials Received by the Library

作为一种特殊的大宗捐赠,整体捐赠在捐赠内容及其收藏者、捐赠和入藏方式上具有特殊性。其中,整捐文献资料具有突出的系统性,它是在收藏者长期稳定地关注和搜集中形成的,也是图书馆主动控制收赠质量的结果,工作中必须始终面对。相关工作包括对此系统性的保持、揭示、信息传递及强化。保持系统性需保持整捐文献资料的完整及可识取,解决其与收藏范围定位及入藏甄选的矛盾。揭示系统性需面对捐赠已被分类及分类法不适用的状况。传递系统性信息有实物展示、OPAC检索、宣传报导三种方式,前两者涉及馆藏组织体系和检索系统功能设置。强化系统性可通过促进和深化捐赠实现,这要以扎实的文献管理工作为基础,并做好整捐采访、征集募捐、褒扬捐赠、宣传捐赠服务四方面环节。

As a special large donation,the whole donation has its particularity in the donation content and its collectors,donation and collection mode.Among them,the whole donated literature and materials have a prominent system,which is formed in the collectors’long-term and steady attention and collection,and is also the result of the library’s active control of the receiving quality.This system must be faced in the whole receiving work all the time.The related work includes maintaining,revealing,strengthening this system and transferring the systematic information.In order to maintain the system,it is necessary to maintain the integrity and recognizability of the whole donation,and to resolve the contradictions between the collection scope localization and the library collection selection.Revealing this system often faces the situations in which donations have been classified while the classification does not apply.Three ways are used to transfer systematic information,namely physical display,OPAC retrieval and publicity report.The first two involve the organization system of library collection and the function setting of retrieval system.Strengthening the system can be realized by promoting and deepening the donation work,which should be based on the solid literature management work,and do four aspects of work well:the whole donation interview,acquisition and collection,praise of the donation and publicity of the donation service.
