Innovation and Exploration of Patron Driven Acquisition Mode in University Library——A Case Study of Xi'an Jiaotong University Library

读者决策采购(PDA)是图书馆扩大采访范围、有效补充馆藏的重要途径。西安交通大学图书馆在中文纸质图书采访中借鉴经济学中"AIDAS原理",将PDA嵌入到采访工作中,探索多种途径,有效调动读者参与采访,对图书馆馆藏建设起到了积极作用。

Patron Driven Acquisition(PDA)is an important way for libraries to expand their acquisition scope and replenish their collections effectively.In the acquisition of Chinese printed books,Xi’an Jiaotong University Library draws on the"AIDAS Principles"in economics.In the principle,PDA is embedded into the acquisition work,which can explore various ways,and mobilize readers to participate in acquisition effectively,and thus has played a positive role in library collection construction.
