加兰他敏联合盐酸美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病效果观察

Effect of combination of reminyl and menantine hydrochloride on patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的探讨阿尔茨海默病患者采用加兰他敏联合盐酸美金刚治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年1月在山西省精神卫生中心就诊的阿尔茨海默病患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用盐酸美金刚治疗,观察组采用加兰他敏联合盐酸美金刚治疗,比较两组简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表(QOL-AD)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后定向力、记忆力、注意力和计算力、回忆力、语言能力及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗12、24周时QOL-AD评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗24周内,两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论阿尔茨海默病患者采用加兰他敏联合盐酸美金刚治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者的认知功能,提高生活质量,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effects of reminyl and menantine hydrochloride on patients with Alzheimer’s disease. Methods Seventy patients with Alzheimer’s disease who visited clinic of Shanxi Mental Health Center from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected. All of patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with menantine hydrochloride, and patients in observation group were treated with reminyl combined with aenantine hydrochloride. The score of Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE), quality of life of Alzheimer’s disease (QOL-AD) and the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The orientation, memory, attention and computational power, recall power, language ability and total score of observation group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The QOL-AD scores in observation group were higher than those in control group after 12 and 24 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious adverse reaction was found in the two groups during 24-week follow-up. Conclusions The combination of reminyl and menantine hydrochloride in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease has significant curative effect, which can effectively improve patients’ cognitive function and the quality of life, with good safety.
