从伏邪论治冠心病

Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease from the Perspective of Hidden Pathogen

临床中最常见的心血管疾病为冠心病,其在中医学属于"胸痹心痛"的范畴。冠心病呈逐年上升的趋势,且向年轻化发展,现我国医药领域对于冠心病防治的研究已经成为重中之重。"伏邪"的定义为人体感受到外来的邪气,且邪气藏于体内,逾时而发。秉承任继学老师的"伏邪"理论,主要介绍了伏邪的理论特点、伏邪与冠心病的病因病机的关系以及从伏邪学说论治冠心病的临床思路,从而丰富了伏邪与冠心病关系及治疗的理论知识,为中医药在冠心病的预防、治疗、调节乃至康复等方面提供了临床思路,从而达到指导临床实践的目的。

Coronary heart disease is the most common cardiovascular disease in the clinic, which belongs to the category of "angina pectoris" in Chinese internal medicine. Recent clinical data on the incidence of coronary heart disease shows that the trend of coronary heart disease is increasing year by year, and it is developing to a younger age. At present, the research on the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease has become a top priority in the field of medicine in China. The definition of hidden pathogen is that the human body receipts the evil outside, and the pathogenic qi are hidden in the body, and it is delayed. This paper introduces the theory of hidden pathogen by Ren Jixue, the theoretical characteristics of hidden pathogen, the relationship between hidden pathogen and the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, and the clinical ideas of treating coronary heart disease from the theory of hidden pathogen. It enriches the theoretical knowledge of the relationship between hidden pathogen and heart disease, and the treatment of heartdisease. It provides the clinical ideas for the prevention, treatment, regulation and even rehabilitation of coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine, so as to achieve the purpose of guiding clinical practice.
