护理措施分类在急性淋巴细胞性白血病护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Nursing Measures Classification in the Treatment of Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia

目的探讨护理措施分类在急性淋巴细胞性白血病护理中的应用方法与效果。方法 2014年2月-2016年12月选择在我院诊治的急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿70例作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序为观察组与对照组,各35例。2组都给予常规化疗,化疗周期都为3个月;对照组在化疗期间给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予基于措施分类的护理方案。结果治疗后观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为80.0%和51.4%,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组的抑郁与焦虑评分都明显低于治疗前(P <0.05),同时治疗后观察组的抑郁与焦虑评分都明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿的生活质量均显著改善,其中观察组的改善程度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论护理措施分类在急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿护理中的应用能缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果,促进患儿预后康复,有很好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application methods and effects of nursing measures classification in the treatment of acute lymphocytic leukemia. Methods From February 2014 to December 2016, 70 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who were treated in our hospital were selected as subjects. According to the order of admission, there were 35 cases in the observation group and the control group. Both groups received conventional chemotherapy, and the chemotherapy cycle was 3 months. The control group received routine care during chemotherapy, and the observation group gave a care-based classification based on the care of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group after treatment was 80.0% and 51.4% respectively. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life of the two groups was significantly improved, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing measures in the nursing of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia can alleviate anxiety and depression, improve the therapeutic effect, and promote the prognosis of children. It has a good application value.
