摘要 为最大程度挖掘十六味流气饮的临床价值及应用价值,通过对相关文献进行整理、比较、分析,考察了十六味流气饮的源流及应用,发现十六味流气饮源自道教,其雏形为《备急千金要方》中的内补散,最早以"十六味流气饮"命名是元代医家杨清叟的《仙传外科秘方》。至明代,十六味流气饮的应用范围不断扩大,并对日本、朝鲜医学产生了深远影响。现代对十六味流气饮的研究和临床应用较少,仅限于甲状腺、乳腺等部位的顽固性肿块及气滞型冠心病的临床辅助治疗。据文献研究发现,十六味流气饮组方严谨巧妙,临证应用凡辨证为虚劳气郁者,皆可酌情用之。 Research on the change of the source and application range of the ancient decoction of Liuqi Decoction of Sixteen Ingredients. The related historical literature and research literature of Liuqi Decoction of Sixteen Ingredients were collated, compared and analyzed according to the evolution of the age. According to the existing literature studies, the prototype of Liuqi Decoction of Sixteen Ingredients is Neibu Powder in Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang. The earliest name of the Liuqi Decoction of Sixteen Ingredients was Xian Chuan Waike Mi Fang, whose author is Yang Qingsou, the Yuan Dynasty doctor. In Ming Dynasty, Liuqi Decoction of Sixteen Ingredients were extremely abundant in the treatment of diseases, and the scope of application continued to expand, and had a profound impact on Japanese and Korean medicine. But it is less in modern research and clinical application, which has clinical adjunctive treatment of intractable masses in the breast and thyroid, coronary heart disease because of qi depression transforming into fire. According to the literature research, this group is rigorous and clever. The use of the decoction for syndrome differentiation is long-term strain and qi depression transforming into fire. It can be used and worth promoting.
