我国媒体融合发展的内在逻辑与焦点问题 被引量:34

摘要 我国媒体融合的内在逻辑是,在互联网和人工智能等信息科技的驱动下,现有的媒体产业组织形态难以适应生产力的发展,需要进行更大力度的组织创新。基于这一技术-组织创新演化路径,我国媒体融合的焦点体现在"内外相通"和"上下相应"等方面,而难点在于"左右相接"相对不足。本文提出的政策建议是,有针对性地加强现代传播体系建设,适当孵化"体制内市场",为各类媒体的发展创造良性的竞争环境,有效破解媒体融合这一时代课题。 The internal logic of media integration in China is that the organizational form of the existing media industry finds it difficult to adapt to the development of productivity due to information technology such as the Intcrnct and artificial intelligence,so more organizational innovation is needed.Based on this technology-organization innovation path,the focus of China's media integration is on the"internal and external communication"and the"vertical industrial link"and the difficulty lies in the relative lack of"horizontal industrial link".This paper proposes making a policy to establish a sound modern coiniminication system in a targeted manner,appropriately incubate an"intra-institutional market",and create a favorable environnient for the competition between various media organizations,so as to effectively promote media integration.
