改革开放40年来我国社会治理创新发展经历了社会管控、社会管理到社会治理的"中国路线",实现了社会治理理论不断发展,推动了社会治理制度持续变革,促进了社会治理实践重大创新。在社会治理创新中,始终坚持以中国特色话语体系引领社会治理创新,以多元主体治理结构推动社会治理创新,以民生发展体制机制促进社会治理创新,形成了社会治理创新的"中国经验"。展望未来,我国必须打造共建、共治、共享相一致的社会治理格局,健全法治、德治、自治相结合的社会治理体系,创新智治、细治、巧治相统一的社会治理方式,才能实现社会治理现代化,走出社会治理创新的"中国道路"。

In the last 40 years of reform and opening up,China's scocial governance innovation and development has followed the"China path"of social control,social inanagement and social governance,which has brought about constant progress of'the social governance theory promoted the continuous reform of the social governance system,and fostered major innovation in social governance practices.In the social governance innovation,China has always adhered to leading the social governance innovation with the discourse system with Chinese characteristics,promoting it with the multi-party governance structure,and facilitating it with the systems and mechanisms for improving people's livelihood,thus torming the"Chinese experience"of social governance innovation.Looking forward to the future,China must build a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance,and sharing;improve the social governance system in corporating the rule of law,rule by virtue,and autonomy;and innovate the social governance methods of intelligent governance,fine governance,and ingenious governance,so that it can modernize social governance and follow the"China Road"of social governance innovation.
