摘要
21世纪以来,中国如何向国际社会贡献新的价值、理念和模式,成为中国外交的一项重要课题。与传统认识不同的是,基于世界观、行为准则和制度体系的三层次规范内涵分析,中国进行了丰富的国际规范倡议和创新。未来如何更好地增强中国的规范供给和创新,是中国崛起和复兴的合法性和正当性基础,也是中国向国际社会贡献和平发展力量的重要内容。
Since the beginning of the 21st century a major issue of the Chinese diplomacy has been about how to con tribute new values,ideas and models to the international community Different from the traditional understanding,China has carried out many initiatives and innovations in relation to international norms based on the three-level normative analysis of outlook on the world,code of conduct and institutional system.The way of improving China's norm supply and innovation in the future will be the legitimate ground of China's rise and rejuvenation,and it is also an important part of China's contribution to the peacefill development of the international community.
