摘要
通过分析、比较国内中小型纺织服装生产型企业的常见经营模式,针对中小型纺织服装企业OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer,加工任务制造商)、ODM(Original Design Manufacture,原始设计制造商)和OBM(Original Brand Manufacture,原始品牌制造商)等3种主要运营形式,提炼并总结出目前中小型纺织服装企业转型升级的主要策略。通过深入剖析和研究部分国内纺织服装企业转型升级的典型案例,总结出企业转型升级过程中成功的经验与做法,同时寻找企业转型升级成功背后的问题隐患,为中小型纺织服装企业转型升级的研究、实施提供参考,对中小型纺织服装企业的转型升级、创新发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
By analyzing and comparing the three main operating forms business models of domestic small and medium-sized textile and garment production enterprises, which is OEM, ODM and OBM, the main strategy of the current transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized textile and garment enterprises were refined and summarized. Through in-depth analysis and study of some typical examples of domestic textile and garment companies’ transformation and upgrading, the successful experiences and practices of these enterprises in the process of transformation and upgrading were summed up. At the same time, the hidden problems behind the success of their transformation and upgrading were found out, and the small and medium-sized textile and garment enterprises were transformed and upgraded. The research and implementation provide reference for the transformation, upgrading and innovation of small and medium-sized textile and garment companies.
