摘要
由于银纳米线独特可调谐的光学性,良好的导电性、导热性以及极高的透明度而受到越来越多科研人员的关注。采用多元醇法制备银纳米线的工艺简单、成本低、效率高,且制备的银纳米线具有良好的控制形态和尺寸均匀性。为了更好地了解多元醇法,综述了多元醇法制备银纳米线的几种常见影响因素,以期制备出形貌稳定的高长径比的银纳米线,介绍了银纳米线在传感器、透明电极和太阳能电池等方面的应用。
Due to the unique and tunable optics,good electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity and high transparency,the silver nanowires are attracting attention from more and more researchers.The polyol method is a simple and effective way to prepare silver nanowires with good control and uniform size,and the process is simple,low cost and high efficiency.In order to understand the polyol method well,several common influencing factors of silver nanowires prepared by polyol were reviewed to prepare silver nanowires with high aspect ratio and stable morphology.The application of silver nanowires in sensors,transparent electrodes,solar cells and so on were also introduced.
