皮革废弃物基两性高吸水树脂的制备及其性能研究

摘要 以皮革废弃物的胶原水解液(PLW)为原料,以丙烯酸(AA)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为单体,通过"一锅法"接枝共聚合成皮革废弃物基两性高吸水树脂[PLW-g-(AA-co-DMDAAC)]。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对制备的高吸水树脂进行表征,结果表明单体成功接枝在PLW上。同时还研究了PLW用量、单体用量、交联剂用量、引发剂用量以及AA中和度对PLW-g-(AA-co-DMDAAC性能的影响。在最优条件下,PLW-g-(AA-co-DMDAAC的最大吸水倍率为3300g/g,吸盐(NaCl质量分数为0.9%)倍率为182g/g。 The leather waste based amphoteric superabsorbent[PLW-g-(AA-co-DMDAAC)]was prepared by"one pot method",acrylic acid and dimethyl diallylammonium chloride were grafted onto the collage of leather waste through grafting copolymerization.The structure of PLW-g-(AA-co-DMDAAC)was confirmed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that the monomers were successfully grafted onto collage of leather waste.The factors affecting the water-absorbent capacity of[PLW-g-(AA-coDMDAAC)],such as PLW dosage,monomers ratio,crosslinking agent and content of initiator,and neutralization degree of AA,were investigated and discussed in details.In the optimal conditions,the highest swelling ratio was 3300 g/g in distilled water and 182 g/g in 0.9 wt%salt solution,respectively.
