新型烧蚀隔热涂料的研制

摘要 对烧蚀隔热涂料的填料种类进行了优选,以E-20环氧树脂为基体,制得2种新型烧蚀隔热涂料。并对2种涂料的密度、附着力、耐冲击和导热系数进行了分析。研究结果表明,氢氧化镁和滑石粉适于用作烧蚀吸热填料,阿罗中空玻璃微珠适于用作低传导隔热填料;2种涂料都具有良好的热性能、常规物理性能和突出的隔热效果,都适合用于烧蚀隔热领域;涂料Ⅰ的热性能优于涂料Ⅱ,密度和导热系数分别为1.2g/cm3和0.18W/(m·℃),均小于涂料Ⅱ,分别为后者的92.3%和85.7%,更适合用于烧蚀隔热领域。 Two kinds of ablation and heat insulation coating were prepared used epoxy resin as main film forming material.The thermal properties of coatings were tested and compared.Meanwhile the density,adhesive attraction,impact resistance and thermal conduction were tested and compared.Results showed that aluminum hydroxide and french chalk can be use as ablation and decalescence fillers,and ALUO hollow glass beads can be used as heat insulation filler.Owing to excellent thermal property,regular physical property and heat insulation,two kinds of coating can both be used as ablation and heat insulation coating.The thermal property of coatingⅠwas better than that of coatingⅡ,the density was 1.2 g/cm^3 and thermal conductivity was 0.18 W/(m·℃)which were less 92.3%and85.7%than that of latter resperitively.CoatingⅠcan be more appropriate as ablation and heat insulation coating.
