When the 55th Munich Security Conference(MSC),the annual gathering to discuss international security issues in Munich,Germany,was held from February 15 to 17,perhaps in an attempt to make up for its absence at the World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos,Switzerland,in January,the United States sent a large delegation.
