摘要
莱钢2^#1880m^3高炉采用外侧砌筑国产超微孔炭砖,内侧使用美固美特浇筑的新型炉缸结构,解决了炭砖采购周期长的难题,保证了工程质量,开炉顺利实现日达产、月达产。开炉后,炉缸砌体温度正常,各项技术指标稳步提升。
For 2^# 1880m^3 blast furnace in Laiwu steel, by using the domestic ultra-microporous carbon bricks to build the outside walls, and using the new hearth structure produced by megumet casting to build the inside walls, the problem of long purchase cycle for carbon bricks was solved, the engineering quality was ensured, and the daily and monthly target output reaching after blowing-in was smoothly realized. After blowing-in, the hearth temperature was normal, and every technical Indicators were steadily improved.
