摘要 莱钢1880m^3高炉停炉大修,分析高炉炉体冷却能力不足的因素,针对性地采取了一些优化冷却的措施,增加炉体冷却壁、炉底水冷、风口等水量、提高水压,强化对炉体的冷却,收到了良好效果。 During the blowing-out and overhaul period of 1880m^3 blast furnace in Laiwu steel, the factors for insufficient cooling capacity of blast furnace body was analyzed, a series of measures for cooling optimization were taken contrapuntally, such as the water content increase of furnace body cooling walls, furnace bottom water-cooling and tuyere, the improvement of water pressure and the strengthening of furnace body cooling, and then the good effects had been received.
