摘要 介绍了莱钢型钢炼铁厂1^#1880m^3开炉以来,调整料制前后一些关键指标的对比,特别是高炉的风压、透指的高低以及顶温的高低等关键性的一些参数的变化及调整料制前后炉况抗外界波动能力,通过指标的综合对比归纳出调整后的料制比较适合1^#高炉,本文主要针对大修开炉后各个关键时间节点、的炉况运行情况。 The contrast of some key indicators before and after adjusting material system after the blowingin of l^#1880m^3 of the ironmaking plant in Laiwu steel was carried out, especially the change of key parameters including the wind pressure of blast furnace, the level of permeability index and the temperature level at the top of blast furnace, and the furnace resistance to external fluctuations, before and after adjusting the material system were introduced in the paper, and through the comprehensive contrast of indexes ,the material system summarized and adjusted was is suitable for l^#1880m^3 blast furnace, and the paper mainly focused on the furnace running conditions of key time nodes after overhaul and blowing-in.
