摘要 型钢炼铁厂2×1880m^3高炉配套粒煤系统在生产过程中根据工艺需要自主开发应用了倒料工艺,但是随着认识水平的不断提高和工艺要求的复杂性,发现原倒料工艺存在诸多不足,本文主要论述了利用高炉大修机会对粒煤系统倒料工艺所做的优化和创新。 For the granular coal system for 2 × 1880m^3 blast furnace in the section steel ironmaking plant, the batch turning technology was independently developed and applied according to the process requirements during the process of production, but with the constant improvement of understanding levefl and the complexity of process requirements, there were many deficiencies found in the original batch turning process, and so the optimization and innovation of batch turning technology in granular coal system during the overhaul period was mainly expounded.
