The circulating cooler for 3^#400m^2 sintering machine has run for nearly nine years, and now, there are many hidden dangers in its rotating frame, horizontal rails, trolley wheels and breast boards, such as serious wear, squishing, distortion and cracking. So, the overhaul and transformation of circulating cooler was carried out by taking advantage of this year's annual overhaul, and after overhaul, the circulating cooler run smoothly, the good economic benefit was obtained.
