降低1~#1880 m^3高炉净环水腐蚀率实践

摘要 1^# 1880 m^3净环水系统碳钢腐蚀率近几年维持在0.13-0.18mm/a,工业循环冷却水腐蚀率国家标准为≤0.075mm/a,1^#高炉净环水腐蚀率超标严重。通过优化药剂配比、药剂投加方式、增加石英砂过滤器等方式,降低腐蚀率至国标以内。 In the clean circulating water system of 1^# 1880m^3 blast furnace, the corrosion rate of carbon steels maintained between 0. 13mm/a and 0. 18mm/a in recent years, while the corrosion rate of industrial circulating cooling water in the national standard is 0. 075mm/a or less, so the corrosion rate caused by clean circulating water of 1^# blast furnace exceeded the standard seriously. Through optimizing the reagent proportioning and dosing methods, and adding the quartz sand filters, and then the corrosion rate was reduced to within the national standard.
