未足月胎膜早破与MMPs基因多态性相关性研究进展 被引量:12

Research progress of the relationship between preterm premature rupture of fetal membranes and MMPs gene polymorphisms

摘要 因社会、环境因素的影响,特别是随着二胎政策的放开,高龄孕妇增加,早产发生率将逐年增加。与此同时,由早产所致的围生儿发病率、病死率以及后遗症问题也将成为一个世界性的医疗卫生问题。在死亡围生儿中,50%~70%与早产有关^([1])。虽然早产儿的存活率逐年提高。
