Casting-Heat Treatment Integration Process of Al-Si-Cu-Mg Alloy

摘要 提出了"铸造-热处理一体化"新工艺,即对出模后的铸件直接进行热处理。该工艺利用铸件的余热,实现铸造和固溶处理的连续作业,可缩短固溶阶段的升温和保温时间。与T6工艺相比,固溶工序耗时缩短50%以上,能耗减少35%以上。Al-Si-Cu-Mg系铸造合金经铸造-热处理一体化工艺处理后,抗拉强度达310MPa,伸长率为2.3%,在相同的条件下,其强度和塑性都与经T6工艺处理的铸件接近。 The casting-heat treatment integration process was put forward to treat Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy.In the new process,the castings were put into heat-treatment furnace immediately after stripping the die.By utilizing the waste heat of the casting process,casting and solution treatment were conducted consecutively.In solution treatment process,more then half of man-hour and about 35%of energy consumption of traditional T6 heat treatment process can be cut in the integration process.After heat treatment in T6 process and integration process,Al-SiCu-Mg alloys have comparable mechanical performance,where the tensile strength and elongation reach 310 MPa and 2.3%,respectively.
