Al对原位合成Mg_3Sb_2/Mg复合材料组织性能的影响

Effects of Al on Microstructure and Properties of In-Situ Synthesized Mg_3Sb_2/Mg Composites

摘要 采用原位反应法制备不同体积分数的Mg_3Sb_2/Mg、(Mg_3Sb_2+AlSb)/Mg复合材料。使用XRD、SEM分析了复合材料的物相和形貌;利用显微硬度计和CTM万能试验机测试了其硬度以及力学性能;使用电化学工作站测试了复合材料在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明,原位反应可制备出不同体积分数的Mg_3Sb_2/Mg、(Mg_3Sb_2+AlSb)/Mg复合材料;Mg_3Sb_2/Mg复合材料中添加Al,其硬度、屈服强度和抗拉强度均显著提高;Mg-15.4Sb-5Al复合材料的腐蚀电位为-1.38V,耐腐蚀性能最好,(Mg_3Sb_2+AlSb)/Mg复合材料的耐腐蚀性均优于Mg_3Sb_2/Mg复合材料。 Mg3Sb2/Mg and(Mg3Sb2+AlSb)/Mg composites with a varied volume fraction of Mg3Sb2 and Mg and(Mg3Sb2+AlSb)were prepared by in-situ reaction.The phase and morphology of the composites were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The hardness and mechanical properties of the composites were tested by microhardness tester and CTM universal testing machine.The electrochemical corrosion performance of the composites in 3.5%NaCl solution was measured by electrochemical workstation.The results show that the in-situ reaction method can fabricate Mg3Sb2/Mg and(Mg3Sb2+AlSb)/Mg composites with different volume fractions.In addition,the hardness,yield strength and tensile strength of Mg3Sb2/Mg composites can be improved significantly with the addition of Al.The corrosion potential of Mg-15.4 Sb-5 Al composite is-1.38 V,presenting the desirable corrosion resistance.The corrosion resistance of(Mg3Sb2+AlSb)/Mg composites is superior to that of Mg3Sb2/Mg composites.
