摘要
以新型热水管专用粘接树脂为原材料,制备了可输送热水的钢丝网增强聚乙烯复合管,研究了该粘接树脂的加工性、耐热性、粘接性等性能。研究结果表明:新型粘接树脂不仅能够与聚乙烯材料、钢丝网增强层形成稳定可靠粘接,而且在高温、高压环境下表现出优异的稳定性。
A new adhesive resin was used as the raw material in the steel wire reinforced polyethylene(PE)composite pipe for hot water transmission.The processing,heat resistance and adhesion performance of the newadhesive resin were investigated.The research results showed that the new adhesive resin not only formed the stableand reliable adhesion between PE and steel wire reinforced layer,but also had excellent stability in the hightemperature and high pressure environment.
