超声检测不同材质缺陷定量曲线间的关系 被引量:1

Relationship Between Quantitative Curves of Different Materials Defects by Ultrasonic Detection

摘要 通过对超声波在A356铝合金和304不锈钢两种不同材质的对比试块传播过程中声波能量衰减差异的研究,建立了两种对比试块声强差与回波高度差的关系式,ΔIr=32.394Δh^(0.0881)。结果表明,这种幂函数关系式也适用于铸铁与A356铝合金两种材质。可以认为在超声波探伤过程中,该幂函数关系完成由任意一种材质的对比试块达到对其它不同材质缺陷定量分析。 Based on the study of ultrasonic wave attenuation difference between A356 aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel, the relationship between sound intensity difference,Δh, and echo height difference,ΔIr, between A356 aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel was established,ΔIr = 32.394Δh0.088 1. The results show that this power function is also applicable to cast iron and A356 aluminum alloy. It can be considered that in the process of ultrasonic flaw detection, the power function relationship can achieve the quantitative analysis of defects of different materials by comparing the blocks of any one material.
