超声横波声速测量新技术及应用

摘要 研究了材料的横波声速检测新技术,建立了利用直探头测量材料横波声速的公式。在采用碳钢CSK-IA用直标准试块校准的检测系统下,修正了被检工件缺陷实际位置公式。结果表明,采用该公式可以快速准确测量出所需材料的横波声速;提高了缺陷定位的准确性,节约了制作各种材料标准试块的费用,并提高了检测效率。 A new technology of materials shear wave sound velocity measurement was studied, and a formula for measuring materials shear wave sound velocity using a direct probe was established. The formula of the actual position of defects of the workpiece under inspection was modified by using the detection system of carbon steel CSK-IA with straight standard test block calibration. The results show that the shear wave sound velocity of the materials can be measured quickly and accurately by using this formula. It improves the accuracy of defect location, saves the cost of making standard test blocks of various materials, and improves the detection efficiency.
