金马排石汤治疗上尿路结石58例

Fifty-Eight Cases of Upper Urinary Calculi Treated with Jinma Paishi Decoction

目的:观察金马排石汤治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法:将2016年7月至2017年7月本院接诊的116例上尿路结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组给予排石颗粒治疗,观察组给予金马排石汤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况,比较两组患者治疗前后实验室指标[白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、血红蛋白(he-moglobin,HGB)、血小板计数(platelet,PLT)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspar-tateaminotransferase,AST)、肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)]及生存质量评分。结果:对照组有效率为51. 72%,观察组有效率为87. 93%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗前后WBC、HGB、PLT、ALT、AST、Cr、BUN变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。两组患者治疗后生存质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:金马排石汤治疗上尿路结石可显著改善患者的生存质量,且对生化指标影响小,并发症较少。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jinma Paishi Decoction(JMPSD)on upper urinary calculi.Methods:One hundred and sixteen patients with upper urinary tract calculi treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 58 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with Paishi Granules(PSG),while the ones in the observation group were treated with JMPSD.Then the clinical efficacies and complications of the two groups were observed.The laboratory indexes[white blood cell(WBC),hemoglobin(HGB),platelet count(PLT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatinine(serum creatinine),(serum creatinine,Scr),blood urea nitrogen,BUN)],and quality of life scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 51.72%in the control group and 87.93%in the observation group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in WBC,HGB,PLT,ALT,AST,Cr and BUN between the two groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The quality of life score of the two groups after the treatment was higher than that before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:JMPSD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on upper urinary calculi,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and has little impact on biochemical indicators and fewer complications.
