摘要
目的:采用超声波对倒卵叶五加多糖进行提取,并利用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化。方法:在单因素实验基础上,以Box-Behnken响应面实验设计法,优化倒卵叶五加多糖的提取工艺。结果:影响倒卵叶五加多糖提取率的因素大小顺序为:料液比>超声温度>超声时间。响应面法确定的最佳工艺:料液比1∶50 g·m L-1,超声时间为60 min,超声温度为60℃,多糖得率为1. 68%。结论:利用超声波提取倒卵叶五加多糖,提取率约为传统提取的4倍,表明该工艺对倒卵叶五加多糖的提取效果显著。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process by using responsesurface analysis methodology(RSM),and extract polysaccharides from Acanthopanax obovatus by using ultrasonic method.Methods:On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of Polysaccharides from Acanthopanax obovatus.Results:The order of factors affecting the extraction rate of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides was:material-liquid ratio>ultrasonic temperature>ultrasonic time.The optimum process was determined by response surface methodology:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶50 g·m L-1;the ultrasonic time was 60 minutes;the ultrasonic temperature was 60℃,and the yield of polysaccharides was 1.68%.Conclusion:The extraction rate of Polysaccharides from Acanthopanax obovatus by ultrasound is about four times that of traditional extraction,which indicates that the technology has a significant effect on the extraction of Polysaccharides from Acanthopanax obovatus.
