中药热奄包联合塞来昔布治疗膝关节滑膜炎30例

Thirty Cases of Knee Synovitis Treated with Chinese Herbal Medicine Hot Bag in Combination with Celecoxib

目的:观察中药热奄包联合塞来昔布治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效及护理疗效。方法:将60例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予口服塞来昔布胶囊及骨科常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药热奄包外敷,同时给予专科护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分。结果:对照组有效率为80. 0%,治疗组有效率为93. 3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:中药热奄包外敷联合塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗膝关节滑膜炎可明显缓解患者的疼痛症状,减轻膝关节肿胀,改善活动功能,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and nursing effect of Chinese herbal medicine hot bag in combination with celecoxib on knee synovitis.Methods:Sixty patients with knee synovitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given celecoxib capsule orally,while the ones in the treatment group were given Chinese herbal medicine hot pack external application on the basis of the control group.Orthopaedic routine nursing,special nursing,psychological nursing and dietary nursing were given to the two groups.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,and that of the treatment group was 93.3%.There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than t the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine hot bag in combination with celecoxib capsuls for oral administration has a remarkable clinical curative effect on knee synovitis,can obviously relieve the pain symptoms,and the swelling of knee joint,improve the activity function and the quality of life of patients.
