慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤治疗慢性咽炎患者临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

The Clinical Efficacy of Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in Combination with Sangen Spray-Throat Decoction and the Influence on Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的:观察慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤内外合治对慢性咽炎患者临床疗效及血清炎性因子的影响。方法:将90例慢性咽炎患者随机分为3组,对照组给予蓝芩口服液治疗,慢咽膏组采用慢咽膏口服治疗,慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤组采用慢咽膏内服联合三根喷喉汤外治,3组均以7 d为1个疗程,连用2个疗程,比较3组患者临床症状、体征变化及对血清炎性因子的影响。结果:对照组有效率为73. 3%,慢咽膏组有效率为76. 7%,慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤组有效率为100. 0%,3组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 3组患者治疗后主要症状如咽干、咽痒、咽痛、干咳、异物感及主要体征如黏膜充血水肿、淋巴滤泡增生、分泌物以及血清炎性因子均较治疗前改善,但以慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤组改善最为明显,且与对照组、慢咽膏组比较差异有统计意义(P <0. 05);对照组、慢咽膏组治疗后白介素因子-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)较前下降,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);组间比较,慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤组对IL-6、TNF-α改善作用明显优于对照组及慢咽膏组(P <0. 05)。结论:慢咽膏联合三根喷喉汤内外合治可显著改善慢性咽炎患者临床症状和体征,改善血清炎性因子。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in combination with Sangen Spray-Throat Decoction(SGSTD)and the influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:Ninety patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into three groups.The control group was treated with Lanqin Oral Liquid(LQOL),the SGSTD group was treated with Sangen Spray-Throat Decoction,the group of Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in combination with SGSTD was treated with Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis and SGSTD.The three groups were treated with seven days as a course of treatment and two courses of treatment continuously.Then the changes of clinical symptoms and signs and their effects on serum inflammatory factors were compared among the three groups.Results:The effective rate was 73.3%in the control group,76.7%in the Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis group and 100.0%in the group of Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in combination with SGSTD.There was significant difference in the effective rate among the three groups(P<0.05).The main symptoms such as dry throat,itching,sore throat,dry cough,foreign body sensation and main signs such as mucosal congestion and edema,lymphoid follicle proliferation,secretion and serum inflammatory factors were improved after treatment in the three groups,but the improvement was most obvious in the group of Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in combination with SGSTD,and there was statistical significance compared with the control group and the chronic pharyngitis group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the control group and the Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis group decreased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the group of Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in combination with SGSTD were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis group,the improvement of IL-6 and TNF-αin the group of Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in combination with SGSTD was significantly better.Conclusion:Ointment for Chronic Pharyngitis in combination with SGSTD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic pharyngitis,and improve the serum inflammatory factors.
