头风神方加减治疗慢性紧张型头痛伴抑郁症40例

Forty Cases of Chronic Tension Headache Combined with Depression Treated with Modified Toufeng Shen Prescription

目的:观察头风神方加减治疗慢性紧张型头痛伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性紧张型头痛伴抑郁患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合头风神方加减治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、头痛情况及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果:对照组有效率为75. 00%,观察组有效率为92. 50%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分及HAMD评分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分、发作频率、持续时间均低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:头风神方加减治疗慢性紧张型头痛伴抑郁症,可明显改善患者头痛症状和抑郁症。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Toufeng Shen Prescription(MTFSP)on chronic tension headache combined with depression.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic tension headache and depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with MTFSP on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed,and the scores of TCM syndromes,headache and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 75.00%in the control group and 92.50%in the observation group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes and HAMD of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score,attack frequency and duration of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before the treatment in the same group,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTFSP has a remarkable efficacy on chronic tension headache combined with depression,can significantly improve headache symptoms and depression of the patients.
