复方丹参注射液联合参附注射液治疗早期反复自然流产30例

Thirty Cases of Early Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Treated with Compound Danshen Injection in Combination with Shenfu Injection

目的:观察复方丹参注射液联合参附注射液治疗早期反复自然流产的临床疗效。方法:将60例早期反复自然流产患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组常规保胎治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方丹参注射液及参附注射液。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后胚胎发育情况及同期血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,β-HCG)水平。结果:对照组有效率为73. 33%,观察组有效率为83. 33%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后胚胎发育改善情况优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组胚胎改善情况略优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。对照组保胎成功18例,观察组保胎成功22例。两组保胎成功患者治疗后血β-HCG高于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:复方丹参注射液联合参附注射液能改善早期反复自然流产患者先兆流产症状,促进胚胎发育。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Danshen Injection in combination with Shenfu Injection(SFI)on early recurrent spontaneous abortion(ERSA).Methods:Sixty cases of ERSA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine fetal protection treatment,while the observation group received Compound Danshen Injection in combination with SFI on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.The embryonic development and the level of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)were compared before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate was 73.33%in the control group and 83.33%in the observation group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those in the control group,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of embryonic development after the treatment in the two groups was better than that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of embryos in the observation group was slightly better than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There were 18 cases in the control group and 22 cases in the observation group with successful embryo protection.The bloodβ-HCG level of the two groups was higher after the treatment than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Injection in combination with SFI can improve the symptoms of threatened abortion in patients with ERSA and promote embryonic development.
