针药结合治疗子宫内膜异位症研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Treatment of Endometriosis with Acupuncture and Medicine

临床常用的针药结合治疗子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)的方法有以下几种:(1)针刺结合中药,包括针刺结合中药内服和针刺结合穴位贴敷;(2)电针结合中药,包括电针结合中药内服和电针结合中药灌肠;(3)针刺、艾灸结合中药,包括针刺、艾灸结合中药内服和针刺、艾灸结合中药外用。针灸治疗EMS不仅能温通经脉、活血化瘀,短时间达到止痛的疗效,并且能调节人体内分泌功能,提高机体免疫力,改善局部盆腔微循环,抑制子宫内膜异常增生及出血;中药治疗EMS能够促进血管扩张,改善微循环,促进异位内膜吸收,具有消散异位内膜结节的作用。针药结合治疗EMS,内外合治,可增强治疗效果。今后在治疗过程中应明确治疗目的,辨病与辨证相结合,加强并完善治疗方案,并对作用机制进行深入研究。

There are several commonly-used methods in clinical treatment of endometriosis(EMS)by combination of acupuncture and medicine:(1)Acupuncture combined with TCM,including acupuncture combined with TCM for oral administration,acupuncture combined with acupoint application.(2)Electro-acupuncture combined with TCM,including electro-acupuncture combined with TCM for oral administration and electro-acupuncture combined with enema of TCM.(3)Acupuncture,moxibustion combined with TCM,including acupuncture,moxibustion combined with TCM for oral administration,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with TCM for external use.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of EMS can not only warm and dredge meridians,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and achieve analgesic effect in a short time,but also regulate human endocrine function,improve immunity,local pelvic microcirculation,and inhibit endometrial dysplasia and bleeding.TCM treatment of EMS can promote vasodilation,microcirculation,the absorption of ectopic endometrium,and dissipate ectopic endometrial nodules.Acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of EMS is combined internal and external treatment,and can enhance the therapeutic effect.In the future,we should clarify the purpose of treatment,combine disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,strengthen and improve the treatment program,and conduct in-depth study on the mechanism of action.
