艺术管理学理论范式的演变特征与建构空间研究

Research on the Evolution Characteristics and Structure of Theoretical Paradigms in Art Management Field

本文运用库恩、赖尔和摩根的科学范式理论,总结了艺术管理学相关学科运用科学范式理论的经验,从"世界观""价值观""方法论"三个层次总结了当下艺术管理学理论范式的特征,提出了艺术管理理论体系建构的方向和重点。在"世界观"层,本文构建了艺术管理学理论的演进路径,以及总结了演进过程中"世界观"层范式的运用特点,认为当下艺术管理学处于"形成概念模型"阶段,主要采用的"世界观"层理论研究范式是具有感性特征的规范主义范式和人本主义范式,提出当下艺术管理学理论研究范式的发展方向应该融入实证主义范式以促进艺术管理理论与实践的密切结合。在"价值观"层,本文认为现有的艺术管理理论表现为两类理论流派(一是基于管理学理论建构艺术管理理论体系,相关研究成果主要出现在2010年以前;二是基于管理学和艺术学理论构建艺术管理理论体系,相关研究成果主要出现在2010年以后),并从艺术管理学的理论逻辑、应用对象和管理内容这三个维度提出了艺术管理学"价值观"层的发展方向。在"方法论"层,针对当下艺术管理理论方法与工具主要借鉴管理学的相关理论,创新活动存在内容多、难度大、进展慢等问题,提出了艺术管理原理、艺术管理内容和艺术管理对象这三个层面在方法与工具方面迫切需要开展深入研究的主要科学问题。

This paper argues that the existing art management theories are manifested in two kinds of theoretical schools:one is to construct the theoretical system of art management based on management theory,and the related research results mainly appear before 2010;the other is to construct the theoretical system of art management based on management theory and art theory,and the related research results are mainly appeared after 2010.And put forward the development direction of the "values" level of art management from the three dimensions of the theoretical logic,application objects and management content of art management.In the "methodology" level,due to the present theoretical approaches and tools of art management are originate from management theories,it exists lots of problems in innovation activities,like many contents,difficulties,slow progress and so on.Therefore,it expressed that art management approaches and tools theory need to be studied urgently through the principles of art management,the contents of art management and the objects of art management.
