双创背景下艺术院校创业园发展路径探析

A probe into the Development path of Start-up Park in Art Colleges under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation

"大众创业、万众创新"已然成为目前缓解高校毕业生就业难问题、推进社会经济发展方式转型升级的重要途径。高校如何加强创业教育,提高学生创业的成功率显得十分必要。在文化产业成为国家经济发展的支柱型产业、对艺术院校人才培养的模式提出了更高要求的当下,作为大学生创业教育的载体,创业园的建设受到了诸多艺术院校的重视。本文在分析了国内艺术院校创业园建设过程中面临的资金来源、配套资源、管理模式等问题,并据此提出了促进创业园发展对策与建议。

mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become an important way to alleviate the employment difficulties of college graduates and to promote the transformation and upgrading of social and economic development mode.It is necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen entrepreneurship education and improve students’success rate.As the culture industry has become the pillar industry of the national economic development,the talent training mode of the art colleges has put forward higher requirements at present.As the carrier of the entrepreneurship education for college students,the construction of the pioneering park has been attached great importance to by many art colleges and universities.In this paper,the author analyzes the problems of fund source,supporting resources,management mode and so on in the process of construction of pioneering park in domestic art colleges and universities.According to this,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of entrepreneurial park are put forward.
