摘要
话语架构以意义生成为目的,分析新闻话语可以洞察新闻媒体声音。特朗普访华是2017年全球最为瞩目的大事,中西媒体对此争相报道。通过梳理特朗普访华实际日程,从"事实"到"措辞",从"报道了什么"和"怎样报道",参考梵·迪克的新闻图式,采用费尔克拉夫"以文本为方向的话语分析"方法,依据互文性与"话语再现",分析中西主流媒体访华报道的标题、导语以及特朗普言论在报道中的转述,从而揭示新闻报道中"信息的取舍"和"新闻报道话语翻译策略"对媒体声音产生的操控作用,并明晰西方媒体对华的真实态度及其宣传动机。
Intention of achieving specific goals with their message is what makes a discourse a discourse. By analyzing the discourse,voices of the news media hidden in the news dispatches can be revealed. Trump’s visit to China was one of the most eye-catching events in 2017,producing a myriad of news reports both in China and in the western world. After presenting the schedule of the visit,this paper,from reality to rhetoric,from "what to report"to "how to report",refers to the structure of news presented by Van Dijk and employes Fairclough’s text-oriented form of discourse analysis. In so doing,identified is the role played by the texts’ selection and exclusion of information and the strategy of news translation in shaping voices by comparing the titles and news lead and the reported discourse of Trump’s words in English and Chinese reports in light of the theories of Intertextuality and Discourse Representation. Meanwhile,the paper sheds light on the attitude of the western world towards China and makes it clear that news discourse is the propaganda power of the news media.
