大卫·哈维的空间正义思想及其对中国的启示

David Harvey's Thought of Urban Space Justice and Its Enlightenment

当代资本主义社会的城市空间生产与分配发生了深刻的历史性变化。大卫·哈维分析批判了屈服于资本逻辑的资本主义空间生产及其衍生的一系列空间非正义问题,并提出应该通过乌托邦理想构建正义的希望空间,即用"辩证时空乌托邦"作为解放策略,解决资本逻辑主宰下的空间非正义问题。针对当前我国城市空间生产实践面临的问题,应借鉴哈维的建设性思想,防止中国空间生产出现严重的资本化趋势,并将构建中国特色社会主义空间正义作为根本价值取向,从而走出一条坚持以人为本、城乡协调,具有中国特色的城市化道路。

The production and distribution of urban space in contemporary society have undergone profound historical changes. David Harvey analyzed and criticized the capitalist spatial production and a series of spatial injustice problems which yielded to the capital logic. He proposed that the hope space of justice should be constructed through the Utopian ideal,using the "dialectical space-time utopia"as the emancipation strategy to solve the spatial injustice problem under the control of the capital logic. In view of the problems faced by China’s current urban space production practice,Harvey’s constructive thinking can be used for reference to prevent the serious capitalization of China’s space production. Although research on the unbalanced development of urban space is difficult to guarantee the space rights of the public and invasion and destruction of injustice in space production to people’s living world issues,we can start with paying attention to the universal power of human beings,promote urban spatial justice and the balanced development of cities,and thus realize urban spatial justice. By taking constructing socialist space justice with Chinese Characteristics as the fundamental value orientation,we will be able to blaze a way of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,which adheres to people-orientation and urban-rural coordination.
