论高职院校创业教育制度环境的优化

当前,高职院校创业教育对外部环境尤其是对企业存在依附性资源依赖关系。我国高职院校创业教育制度环境在政府的创业政策、高职院校的资源开发与管理制度、企业的社会责任和利益导向机制等方面存在不同程度的缺陷,需要制定有利于创业教育资源共生的政策法规,完善高职院校优质资源开发的制度机制,建立引导企业参与创业教育的价值导向,优化制度环境,推动高职院校创业教育从依附性资源依赖转向共生性资源依赖。

At present, the entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has dependence on external environment, especially on enterprises. The government's entrepreneurship policy, resource development and management system, corporate social responsibility and benefit-oriented mechanism in higher vocational colleges still have different degrees of defects. It is necessary to optimize the institutional environment such as the formulation of policies and regulations conducive to the symbiosis of entrepreneurship education resources to improve the excellence of Higher Vocational colleges, the improvement of the institutional mechanism of quality resources development, the establishment of value orientation to guide enterprises to participate in entrepreneurship education and so on, which will promote entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges from resource attachment to symbiotic resource dependence.
