新时代全面依法治国背景下政法院校的使命担当——以上海政法学院法学教育实践为例

The Mission of Universities of Political Science and Law under the Background of Comprehensively Advancing the Rule of Law in China——Taking the Legal Education Practice of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law as an Example

中国特色社会主义新时代将全面依法治国提升至全局性地位,政法院校担负着为国家输送法治创新人才的使命,并且其所承担的使命内涵愈加丰富与发展,进一步对政法院校提出了新的要求。对此,包括上海政法学院在内的我国政法院校应当积极通过多种途径,努力提升法学教育水平,在依法治国理念指导下从学生管理、师资建设、学科发展、国际交流、服务国家战略等多方面积极努力,探索一条具有政法院校特色的法学教育发展之路,最终实现政法院校治理体系和治理能力现代化。

The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics upgrades the policy of comprehensively advancing the rule of law in China to a new global status. Universities of political science and law should undertake the mission of cultivating the rule-of-law talents for the country, and their mission connotation is more abundant and developed than ever before, which further put forward new requirements for universities of political science and law. In this regard, China ’ s universities of political science and law, including Shanghai University of Political Science and Law,should actively promote the level of legal education through various channels,and follow the guidance of the concept of rule of law in the following aspects, such as student management, teacher construction, discipline development, international exchange,serving national strategy,etc. The universities have worked hard in many aspects to explore a road to the development of legal education with the characteristics of universities of political science and law with the purpose of modernize the governance system and capacity of the education in the universities of political science and law.
