办好公平优质教育,职业教育不能缺席。要发展现代职业教育体系,必须要有雄厚的资金基础,完全依赖政府投入是不可能的。充分发挥市场机制在职业教育资源配置中的重要作用,撬动和激活社会资本活力,引导社会力量全面参与办学,是重要改革取向;增强投资信心,深化产教融合,健全融资机制,创新办学模式,培育市场新热点是加快发展现代职业教育的重要路径。

In order to ensure fair and quality education, vocational education cannot be absent. We must have a strong financial base to develop a modem vocational education system and it is impossible to rely solely on government investment. Furthermore,it is an important reform orientation to give full play to the important role of market mechanism in the allocation of resources for vocational education, to incite and stimulate the vitality of social capital, and guide social forces to participate in running schools. The authors assert that it is an important way to accelerate the development of modem vocational education by enhancing investment confidence, deepening the integration of industry and education, improving financing mechanisms,innovating school-running models and cultivating new hot spots in the market.
