摘要
我国博士生就业的多元化倾向对博士生培养提出了新的要求,"以研究为导向"的博士生课程无法培养出适应当今学术工作新需求的学术职业研究人员。建议我国高校以博士生课程改革为切入点,借鉴美国的师资培训计划,从科学化、系统化构建完备的课程体系、开设教学实践课程、加快课程信息资源共享等方面对博士生课程进行调整与改革。
The diversified trend of doctors’ employment in China puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of doctoral students. The current"research-oriented " doctoral curriculum cannot cultivate well-rounded academic researchers who are capable enough to meet the new demands of today’s academic work. It is suggested that Chinese universities should carry out the reform of doctoral curriculum as the starting point,and use the teacher training programs of the United States as the reference, and adjust the curriculum of Chinese doctoral students from three aspects, including scientific and systematic construction of a complete course system, practical teaching practice program, and the acceleration of the sharing of course information resources.
