My Views and Experience on Legal Education Research

文章以作者个人求学、从教以及从事高校管理工作的多年经验为主线,结合法学教育研究主题的知识取向、历史情结、现实关注的三个发展阶段,分析了目前我国法学教育中教育资源地区分配不均、人才培养结构不合理、政法院校与法律职业的分离和脱节等现实问题。指出新时代从事法学教育研究,应当深入教育体制内部,具备多方面的、综合性的体验,应当实现学理与实践相结合,面向实务,问题导向,理实兼备。

Based on the author’ s personal experience, teaching experience and years of experience in university management, combining with the three stages of domestic legal education research,i. e.,knowledge orientation,historical complex and realistic concern,this paper analyzes the current problems in domestic legal education, such as the uneven distribution of educational resources, the unreasonable structure of personnel training, and the separation and disconnection between legal professions and universities of political science and law. The author points out that the research on legal education in the new era should explore into the education system and emphasize the multi-faceted and comprehensive experience and participation.It should be the combination of academics and practice, practical skillsoriented, and problem solving-orientated.
