牵引变压器绝缘的时域介电参数仿真分析

摘要 为了提高牵引变压器绝缘状态诊断评估的有效性,提高回复电压法在工程中的实用性,本文基于Debye模型,建立了牵引变压器油纸绝缘的等效模型,并基于Matlab建立了回复电压法的仿真模型,通过改变充放电时间和充电电压研究了其对牵引变压器油纸绝缘回复电压峰值的应影响。研究结果表明:充放电时间对回复电压峰值的影响十分明显,在一定范围内,随着充电时间的增加,回复电压峰值呈指数增加;充电电压对回复电压峰值的影响也十分明显,随着充电电压的升高,回复电压峰值成线性增加。 In order to improve the accuracy of the recovery voltage method for assessing the insulation state of traction transformer ,and improve the practicality of the recovery voltage method in engineering. In this paper, based on Debye model, the equivalent model of oil-paper insulation is established, and a simulation model of recovery voltage method is established based on Matlab. By changing the charge-discharge time and charging voltage, the influences on the peak recovery voltage of oil-paper insulation were studied. The results show that the effect of charge and discharge time on the peak value of recovery voltage is very obvious. Within a certain range,with the increase of charging time,the peak value of recovery voltage increases exponentially. The effect of the charging voltage on the peak value of the recovery voltage is also very obvious. As the charging voltage increases, the peak value of the recovery voltage increases linearly.
