物联网箱变锁群管理系统设计

Design of Variable-lock Group Management System for IoT

本文针对城市箱变锁群使用时钥匙多而繁杂,不能满足用户方便使用和管理的需求问题,提出了一种基于STC15L2K60S2单片机的物联网箱变锁群管理系统的设计方案。该方案采用STC15L2K60S2单片机作为钥匙和锁芯的主控芯片,钥匙和锁芯采用串口单线通信方式实现开锁和信息反馈过程。钥匙和上位机通过485总线通讯方式实现对多把钥匙的共同管理和信息交互。该系统结合智能锁和机械锁的优点,一对多的开锁模式,解决了用户方便使用和管理的需求问题。具有简化结构,节省材料,使用方便,功耗低等优点。

In this paper, aiming at the problem that the key is more and more complicated when used in city distribution box lock group, it can not meet the need of convenient use and management, and presents a design scheme of variablelock group management system of IOT based on STC15L2K60S MCU. The scheme adopts STC15L2K60S MCU as the main control chip, and the multifunction key and the lock core adopt serial port single way communication to realize the process of unlocking and information feedback. Key and computer through 485 bus communication mode to achieve the common management and information interaction of the key. Combined with the advantages of intelligent lock and mechanical lock, the system solves the demand problem of user convenience and management. It has the advantages of simplifying structure, saving material, convenient use and low power consumption.
