摘要
开放式数控系统不仅要求系统要具备基本功能,还需具有可配置功能,即用户可以进行参数设置与功能设定,以满足特定控制需求,比如运动控制需求,界面个性化需求等。本文自主研发的数控系统体系结构是采用PC+可编程I/O卡,软件架构采用层次化模块化的设计方法,各功能层间用RCS库标准通信协议实现通信。本文在此数控系统基础上,详细分析了配置需求,对配置参数进行了合理的分类,由此开发出相应的配置界面,实现了系统配置功能,并以运动控制类和图形显示类参数为例对系统配置功能进行了验证,结果表明能良好地实现用户的配置需求。
The open CNC system not only requires the system to have basic functions, but also has the configurable function, that is, users can set parameters and functions to meet specific control requirements, such as motion control requirements and interface personalized requirements. The self-developed CNC system architecture in this paper adopts PC + programmable 1/ 0 card, the software architecture adopts hierarchical modular design method, and the functional layer communicates w让h the RCS library standard communication protocol. Based on this CNC system, this paper analyzes the configurable requirements, and takes these configurable parameters to reasonable classification, thus to develop the corre. sponding configurable interface, realize the function of the system configuration, and take the motion control and graphic display parameters for example to validate system configurable function,the results show that it can realize the user's con. figurable requirements well.
