摘要 从变电站生产实际出发,结合现有物联网技术,从原理、方法和设计等方面,对变电站蓄电池实时监测系统进行说明。针对通信机房内蓄电池维护中存在的问题和蓄电池状态监测智能化程度不高的现状,文章结合物联网技术,分析了变电站蓄电池实时监测系统设计思想,并且提出了变电站蓄电池实时监测系统架构,最后根据系统架构完成了系统硬件设计。本系统利用站内传感器节点,实现对蓄电池的电压、内阻和温度等信息进行采集,并将实时采集数据传输至数据中心,实现对通信机房蓄电池组的实时监测。运维人员通过远程登录的方式,可以对站内蓄电池的状态进行实时查看。随着蓄电池监测系统在无人值守的变电站中的应用,可实现对蓄电池组的科学化管理,保证通信系统安全可靠的运行,同时减轻人工维护量,提高效率。 This article starts from the actual conditions of substation production,combines the Internet of Things technology and describes the substation battery real-time monitoring system from principles,methods and designs. Aiming at the problems exist in the maintenance of the battery in the communication room and the low intelligence of the battery condition monitoring. This paper analyzes the design idea of the real-time monitoring system of the substation battery based on the Internet of Things technology,and proposes the real-time monitoring system architecture of the substation battery. Finally,according to the system architecture,the hardware design of the system is completed. The system utilizes the sensor nodes in the station to collect information such as voltage,internal resistance and temperature of the battery,and transmits the real-time data to the data center to realize real-time monitoring of the battery room of the communication room. Through remote login,operators can check the status of battery in the station in real time. With the application of battery monitoring system in unattended substation,the scientific management of battery pack can be realized,the safe and reliable operation of communication system can be guaranteed,the amount of manual maintenance can be reduced,and the efficiency can be improved.
