A New Homemade Slim Hole Completing Tool Applied to Tarim Basin

随着塔里木油田部分区块进入中后期开发阶段,在钻井方面续钻措施井,开窗、侧钻井工作量不断增多,此类井不仅能提高采收率,而且还能减低开发成本,但存在完井工具依赖进口,成本高、周期长的问题。为有效降低完井投产工具费用,研发了以PHP-3封隔器为核心的小井眼完井工具及配套管柱工艺,现场应用3口井,施工成功率100%,应用效果良好。

The mid-to-late development stage of part blocks of Tarim Oilfield makes the drilling workload a continuous increase in measure wells to be drilled continuously and windowing and sidetracking wells. These wells can not only enhance oil recovery, but also reduce development cost. However, they have some problems including only import-based completing tool, high cost and long cycle length. A new slim hole completing tool with PHP-3 at its core and matching pipe string process are developed to effectively reduce the cost of completing tool. The field application effect of three wells is good with 100% operation success ratio.
